Whats the diffrence between toggle and dress? - RunUO

well im setting up my dagger to cancel spells while i duel, and i set up both toggle dagger and dress dagger and i dont really see a difference. Can anybody explain what is different about them?

Toggle will unequip the dagger when you press the key and it is already equipped. "Dress" will just tell you it is already dressed.
