Default razor issues

Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7927baca)

i click ok then...

Razor.exe Common Language Runtime Debugging Services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x90c (2316), Thread id=0x908 (2312)

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

I click ok it closes, i click debug it tells me i have no program to debug with (which is true) .net framework 1.1 and 2.0 are installed on here.

Does it create a crash.log file in the Razor folder? If so, please open that file in notepad and paste the contents here.

no there is no crash.log file or any file named crash
