initialize error - RunUO

I'm getting this error when I click to open razor.
The application failed to initialize properly (Oxc000007b).
What do I do to fix this

Make sure you have the right version of the .Net framework properly installed.

hi i have a dotnet nuke setup and when i double click on that to run the setup then it show the below error so please give me any proper solution

The application failed to initialize properly (Oxc000007b).
