verifying account - RunUO

for some reason my client continues to pause at verifying screen but only when razor is active. seems as though i had this problem a while back and it was easy to fix but i forget what to do. i have tried different versions and different client versions to correct this and it continues. any suggestions would be helpful.

Modify your encryption settings on the welcome screen.

ive done this in every way possible. ive tried reinstalling the client as well as razor and it continues to happen. when razor is not active i enter the world fine but otherwise it just sits at the verify screen.

nevermind. i had to find out the server address and port. got it working now
