PLZ help me! - RunUO

I can't get my razor working. I try to dbl click it. (im on uogateway) But i try to dbl click it and it says Unhandled Exception... ANd heres what it says after it....

What do i do to fix it?

Do you have the .Net framework 1.1? Make sure you have 1.1 installed, even if you have a later version (like 2.0 or 3.0).

ok i did and it stills brin up the same thing....

Its 100% not having net frame work 1.1 . i had it before. Try uninstal all razors u have on your computer and try again.
