Attempting to Connect to OSI - RunUO

I did everything it said, I am using a previous patch that should be supported, I get jammed at 'Verifying Account' for some reason. I actually got further with the normal non OSI encryption, giving a Account not Verified, need later patch. Can someone explain how to connect to OSI properly?

Edit :

Actually, do the normal, only check both OSI and Client encrypting (Both the checkboxes) and it connects. 0.o
