Suggestion
a simple one i hope, because this will help out many shards with custom built areas
either to have a target by relative location 3D - x, y & z (because currently if custom built areas go to lowest map location and say item can not be seen) or item at relative location (trying same z level 1st, then go up from thier z level if not) or both  - which would be even better
