Error when trying to startup Razor - RunUO

ok, when i double click Razor, a little window pops up saying this:

Razor.exe - Application Error
__________________________________________________ ______________________________|

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application.
[OK]
__________________________________________________ ______________________________|

i click ok, and it just disappears.

and for the record, i have .NET framework, i have UO, and Razor is completely installed, without any errors.

i have also tried ConnectUO and i get the same error

please help!

What version of the .Net framework do you have? You need 1.1 exactly. If you have other versions you can keep them, but you need to have 1.1 also.

so i NEED 1.1? because i went to the site and got the "latest version"
but i also need to dl 1.1?
i'll go see if that works...
