Cliloc error need help - RunUO

hello i have reinstalled the uo mondain's legacy and razor but the raor gives me a error and i can't play, Cliloc error,Cliloc error,Cliloc error, How do i fix this? i have read the thread of this problem but i can't fix it please help me out

This is how to fix the "Razor was unable to locate and load a suitable UO cliloc File.\nSome text may not be displayed." error.

Make a new file, called UO.REG

Edit it

Copy below and EDIT IT to match the location of your UO directory.

Double click it and select yes to add to registry

Viola! You no longer get the error.

Otherwise, reinstall to get the registry values...

Can Anyone Say Me What Can I Do To Fix This Problem?some Admin Please? I Don't Know What Do With ?uoreg? Made A New File? .txt .sdfgarg .wtf? Well, Can U Say Me What Happens With The Razor? I can't fix the problem , can anyone say me step1,step2 to install razor and don't get the cliloc error? Im running windows vista with .net frameworks 1.1 installed and i reinstalled the UO and razor about 10times and tired ;(
Please I really need razor to Skill up my ninjutsu skill character and other things, Razor is necessary for my shard if someone know fix this Cliloc error please reply here, Thank you a lot and sorry my bad english and my bad last reply but im tired thankyou again Waiting an answer
