Help! Razor Problems! - RunUO

I just downloaded Razor because I heard good things about it and I decided to give it a try. I've been using UOAssist for years now. But tonight, when I decided to try Razor, I ran into a few problems. The installation went fine, but when I went to run Razor, I got an error. Below is a screenshot of the error I was getting. I even tried reinstalling razor 2 times and i got the same thing. Something isn't right somewhere and I was just wondering if anyone knew how to solve this. Thanks in advance!

What OS are you using and what .Net Framework do you have installed?

I have Windows XP and I installed .NEt framework 3.5

roday I tried installing the 1.1 without uninstalling the 3.5, also didn't work

You have to uninstall 3.5 before you can install the older ones, but that's probably the issue. I think razor requires .net 1.1 (maybe 2.0) I've got 1.1 Installed then 2.0 Installed plus their service packs. I saw no point on installing 3.5 (or 3.0).
