target queued self problems. PLZ HELP!! - RunUO

ok i just started using razor and i am losing spells like crazy.. I cast mini heal and the second one i dont even get a cursur for. Under my mini heal it says queued target self.. and same when i try and use last target. A friend of mine told me to turn off the new targeting system. I did this without any results. I know people cannot seriously be pvp'ing or anything else with this feature. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS!!
