Default Quick question on process priority w/ Razor vs UOA

Noticed something, UOAssist apparently runs in "AboveNormal" process priority by default, while Razor doesn't.

I'm curious, anyone know offhand in what sorta situation one would want to run UO in AboveNormal, and/or why UOA does so by default while Razor doesn't? I've no idea either way so thought I'd ask.

Thanks for any input!!

Because the original creator of UOAssist though it needed to be a priority higher then the client. Or do you mean UOAssist causes the client to be run in above normal priority?

I thought UOA caused the client to run in a higher priority, but to clarify my question is more along the lines of "when is it a good idea to choose a higher priority for UO?" especially with Razor? I'm just not sure why this option is available and what it remedies? TY for any ideas

Only time i have anything in higher priority is when I have alot of applications running and what to provide most of the processor and other resources to the application I am using (like the UO client and razor). Otherwise I almost always run in Normal on everything that's not set at something else by default.

UO tends to be a resource hog and I think running it at a high priority would be a bad idea unless you were *only* playing UO. I doubt it would provide much, if any, enhancement in game play.
