Default New to Razor, looking for info

I played UO on the official shards a long time ago, during T2A and Renaissance. I'm playing on the Ren server, but there's still some things that are new to me. Is there any good place to go for what's what on this shard? I know about Stratics, but that obviously is current, and doesn't necessarily apply to this shard.

Some of the things I'm wondering about:
Is there any way to get a healing countdown on Razor?
Reds can go into towns in T2A?
A lot of the NPC merchants in town don't seem to want to buy any of my extra loot. Smiths aren't buying my extra weps or armor, the jewelers aren't buying, is this normal?
Is there an objectively best melee skill? Or, what are the pros and cons of each?
What's up with weapon decay rates?
With the player rewards, after a month is there an increase in stat/skill cap?

Thanks in advance. Also, if anyone has any advice for getting back into it, that'd be appreciated.

You seem to be confused. Razor is a program you run on your computer, it's not a shard. You use Razor to play on other shards.
