Verifying account everlasting

Hi, I've just got a new PC and I haven't been able yet to make razor work on this one. The last one was running on XP Home edition, this one is on XP professionnal.

I've downloaded and installed the newest version of razor (and also try to reinstall over and over again, that doesn't change anything.) I've tried to run the patch thingy, still changes nothing.

Also, I've entenred the correct informations at the login (IP/Port, directory/Encodings, etc.) I've even copied a screenshot of the settings of a friend playing on the same custon UO shard.

Still, each time I log onto Razor, the loading just freezes up on "Verifiying Account". I can never get past that point an actually play the game with razor. I've tried with two different accounts and many characters, still nothing. I've tried on a different server (same IP, another port), but it didn't work either.

I have the .Net Framework 1.1 installed btw.

Can anyone help me on this one?
