Macros set on Special Moves

Wondering if anyone could help me set a Macro up using Special Moves such as Armor Ignore.

-I've been told to type in the name of the Special Move and to click record and type [bandself.
-Then to right click it, click Special Constructs and for Insert Pause/Wait type in .45 Milliseconds and to check off the Loop box.

Allthough i think i missed a step because where the name of the Special Move Macro is, it should say something about "Set Ability" (I have no idea had to get it to say this).
Does it have something to do with clicking the Purple Dagger Book in your Paperdoll?
