Title bar display does not show on the latest patch... - RunUO

I updated OSI and razor patch today,
found that the tilte bar display does not show anymore,
no matter how do I set the "display/counters" in the razor setting....

I play at OSI server with razor and this is first time I found this error...
the title bar is very useful to see the hp/mp and lots of other info. for this game,
can anyone tell me what did I do wrong or am I missing something here??
thanks in advance.

p.s. i'm using Vista but it works fine last week

You might make sure you have glass or aero turned off. The bar will not display with either of those on. Goto start, run, type in services.msc, then go down to "Desktop Window Manager Session Manager" and make sure it is not running. (Right click and hit stop). Hope that works, I turn that off everytime I want to play uo so I can have the display bar. Good Luck.
