Default Razor freezes, without crash *HELP*

Not sure how many people are experiencing this bug but ive figured out What is going on, i just dont know the cause, or fix.

Of course, this is just my experience and opinion and from what ive seen.

First, the problem: Razor will freeze, completely frozen from response... aka all spells, targets, skills, macros, will not work, BUT the razor program is still working fine EXCEPT when i look at the "help & status" screen, ALL numbers etc are FROZEN. It lasts anywhere from 5-10seconds, to up to 30-45seconds, or longer on rare occasions.

Second, my thought for the cause. Razors "receiving" rate seems to flux between 50-100 b/s. (Watching it right now) This is with a macro i have running cuz im macroing resist on Demise as im typing this. I just turned off the macro, and its rate is between 0-20 now... seems perfectly normal. Now, last time it froze, I went to the "Help & status" screen and took a screen shot... (attached)

So... My questions are:

Whats causing this?
Is it an isolated issue that can be fixed by re-installing?
Anyone else have this problem?
How do I fix?

My guess would be your computer doesn't have enough ram or processor power to handle the .Net framework.
