I have a couple of accounts that I play on Razor works fine on one of them but on the other the account always freezes on the connecting screen when trying to login. It is not a setup thing on my comp because it doesnt work on any comp that I have tried. Any help?

The problem is, you didn't give any information for anyone to help you. Here are some things that might help. What version of Razor are you using? Are you connecting via Razor, UOGateway or anything else? What client patch are you? What patch does the server favor? Are your accounts on different servers? Does it work when you take Razor out of the equation?

Version is the current one

Connecting to OSI server via razor

Current Client patch

Its OSI server and accounts are on the same server

Both my account work without razor but only one works with it the other hangs on the connecting screen when you try to login.

no im talking about the box that says "Patch Client Encryption", in order to connect to OSI you need to make sure this is not checked

Sorry I have been away for a while. I did attempt to use the settings you have shown here and it still gets stuck on the "Connecting Screen" . It allows me to select a shard but then hangs up on the "Connecting Screen". Any other ideas.

Remember it does work on one of my accounts but not the other.

I tried this but the problem persists. I just can't seem to figure it out since one of my accounts works fine yet the other can not log in. So strange.
