Problem with Targeting by type Lap Harps

So I was using Razor until now without problems. I'm playing on freeshard. Today I tried to make macro that will automatically do quest for craftsman satchel's. I mostly succeded but one thing don't work. I don't know why but when I target (when recording macro) lap harps, then stop recording, convert it to "by Type" and play macro it targets lap harps about 20 % of times. I mean that in my macro is line that makes item toggle as quest items:
" ContextMenu: 5 ((self))
Pause 3,00 sec
Target by Type lap harp (0EB2)"
Using this it targets it sometimes. When I try with other items types it marks them 100% of time. I also tried retargeting and making macro from beginning. Do someone know why this happens?
