Problems with Razor Old 1.0.0 - RunUO

After the installation I get this strange window:

Unhalded Exception
System.ArgumentException: The output char buffer is too small to contain the decoded characters, encoding 'Unicode (UTF-8)' fallback 'System.Text.DecoderReplacementFallback'.

does anyone know what's the problem? I have Win XP SP2 and Ultima Online 2D (unofficial shard)

Did you install the .NET 1.1 Framework?

Get .Net Framework 1.1 here (needed for Razor)

Thats not a .net issue, the old version of razor is not supported, upgrade or fix it yourself
