Can i get this macro to play as fast as toggle weapon?

I currently made this macro

If (R-Hand Empty)
Exec: Toggle: halberd
else
Undress: katana

is there any way to get this macro to play as fast as a plain toggle weapon hotkey? When i play the macro it takes a split second longer to where i cant imedieately push my last target for my precasted spell without getting "must disarm to cast spell" message because the macro is slower than toggle weapon. Is there any way to make the macro as fast or is there a way to hold the spell curser up until my weapon is disarmed without it going away from me pushing last target too soon? thanks
