Repeating error message from Razor/.NET Framework

Hello, I'm having this problem. UO/razor work allright for some time, but after some time (usually 2 minutes or so) I get error window (screenshot bellow) where I could safely click Continue, and nothing happens, client is happily running like nothing even happen, but after some time, usually that 2 minutes, sometimes shorter I get it again. Its pretty annoying because I cannot ignore (it has property Stay on top), and even if I move it to corner of screen I then cannot manipulate with razor menus (agents, settings, etc...) if its still open.

This was the english version of error message, which I found on forums looking for the fix to this problem which looks pretty much the same the original error - which is unfortunately in my localized version (czech language) so most of people here probably can't read that. Hello, could you provide list of your installed applications? Maybe if we compared them with mine we could find some nonstandard app which could be causing this.
