Smile Multiple items move command

Summary:
Allow to move several Items by applying an "inc" command to each element/mobile of a 2D box.

Command line like "inc" command:

[minc [X|Y|Z] <offset>

Description:
Also downloadable here: http://sevirinia.free.fr/minc.cs

This script is useful when you have constructed a big house, for example, by generating it interactively with House Builder: You can move it with "minc" command if the place is not good, and then make it static with the "freeze" command.

Installation:
Put the script anywhere in your RunUO scripts directory.
