Ok,
I see this question about once a week on the forums so I thouhgt I'd post how to do it in the FAQ at last,
so for search purposes I'm going to put, local area network lan internet router connection connect in the post

Anyway, this is my post that tells you exactly how to setup your Serverlist.cs so it will accept both network and incoming internet connections.
