Add Necromancer vendor - RunUO

Add a Necromancer vendor in Umbra to players training: EvalInt, Inscribe, MagicResist, Meditation and Necromancy. There is a script floating around, but will be better if official supported...

Too true.

Perhaps players who start should also get "young" status - and Necromancers/Paladins should start in Malas too. Whilst we're on this - why not add the started quests?

The script floating around works well, and the Necro NPC will be part of the distro. Just be patient ;->
