Copyover type Command - RunUO

If you've ever played a MUD you probly have seen or heard of the copyover command. I think Sphere has something similar like this called resync but I'm not sure never used it. Would be convenient if RunUO had a command like this. i.e

[copyover
World saves,
Unloades players and items,
Recompiles scripts,
Reloads players and items.

All without shutting the server down to restart it like you normally would and without disconecting any players. If RunUO already has this slap me for my ignorance, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't I looked through the command list multiple times.

This has been debated countless times, and it was decided that it would not be put in. Yes it is possible, but it is risky and not advised.

This was originally in. It was removed due to damaging shards. It will NOT be re-added.
