Default Constructable Flesh Golem's v1.5

I have updated this to now include three different flesh golems. Lesser, Normal, and Greater. These can be crafted by Necromancers of average to grandmaster skills, depending on the type. I have also included a crafting system that will allow a Necromancer to turn a normal torso into one of the three different Flesh Golem Torso.

Installation

Delete FleshGolem.cs from Mobiles\AOS
Add this folder into your Custom folder.

Version 1.1
Seperated Flesh Golem Kit from DefFleshGolem
Changed message to display Daemon blood and quanity
Changed Body Value of Lesser & Greater Flesh Golems
Alchemy is now required to create Golem Torso's
Skill Levels have been raised to compensate for Golems Strength

Version 1.5
Golems now drop a random body part.
Knowledege of how the body works is vital to the construction of a Flesh golem now. (Alchemy was changed to Anatomy)
Golems are no longer deleted upon release.
Updated DefFleshGolem to DefNecroGolems, to allow for more then just Flesh Golems.
Added Bone Golem.
Changed FleshToolKit to NecroGolem Crafting Tools.

Thanks to everyone who has tried this and especially those who have posted comments on it.

Thanks for the script.

I get an error on line 110
Use of unassigned local variable 'scalar'.

I saw your previous post on this topic. Where you sorted this out with the addition of:

else
scalar = 0.5;

Might want to update your script submissions --thanks

Sabot,

How have you implemented this in game? Did you add the torso as loot or are you spawning it in dungeons?

I had a player test this. When the golem was created - aside from the torso I gave them, no other parts were consumed.

no problem, working on Clay and Stone Golems for Mages, right now, and I have quite a few ideas for Tinker Golems. I'll post them as I finish them up and test them.

Very nice Sabot, now this script is going somewhere. I scanned through the scripts update and its looking now more like a completed system. I'll post my results tonight when I test it again.

Keep up the good work!

You might wanna specify on the crafting gump that it's a "Spool of Thread" needed for crafting - not just thread, or players might go seeking an item called Thread.

Also - since you need to have a head to make a golem - could you use the head from a cut up player? Macabre at its best

Anyway - bloody magnificent script - I love it

Ah - with the blood, you should specify that daemon blood is needed - and a lot of it too It took me a while to figure it out.

Perhaps the necromancer should need another skill as well? Say tinkering or something like that - just so it's not TOO easy. Most shards have fast skill gain and for the necromancer to be able to make something that can slaughter the average player after just a few hours macroing - I think it should be a little tougher.

Also, can I direct your attention here: Bulk Vendor (pwn)

Since i'm very much in the vain for suggesting things to you tonight concerning this script Sabot - can I add the following:

Perhaps when you make the torso - it makes the sound for tailoring instead of carpentry?

Also - what if instead of tinkering/alchemy - why not anatomy?

One more thing - why do Golems need livers? Are they heavy drinkers?

Ok, I made some modifications on the script "Zombie.cs" and added all the bodyparts that where needed to make a fleshgolem. You can add it somewhere to your custom script folder. Before you can use it, you have to disable your distro zombie.cs!

For setting up all zombies in your world, you can pick them manuell or delete the old ones via
[global remove where zombie

This will deleted all zombies on your shard and spawn new after your defined time on your spawners.

I think it would be easier to make the golem komplete on the golemkit. The doubleclick on the torso is not easy to find out ...

You could also just use the felucca rules-set and PK a player or a brigand and then cut up the body. That gives you everything except the Brain, Liver, Heart and Entrails!

How about altering the flesh golems so that when die or are released, they do the death animation of the original flesh golems instead of disapearing?

Also - you could add a random body part to the dead flesh golems - kinda like recycling

The Flesh Golems are designed like the original tinkerable Golems, where you had to use the clockwork assembly to build them. I've thought about having it on the menu, but haven't really looked into it yet. I didn't know that the original Flesh Golems did anything when they died, so I'll look into it.

I have to work this weekend so I wouldn't look for any major updates until monday or tuesday. As always keep the comments coming.
