Default Cannot Delete this item

I cannot remove the item if I use an axe on it, like you can with other deeds. Anyone know what I need to do to get that to work?

One other thing, when it is in "addon" mode it doesn't display the name. I've tried to add a name, but am not sure where to stick it.
