Could you not add a few custom enums to the current set.
something like
customaccess1
customaccess2
etc.

and place them just above the player access.

They prolly can't because if they do, already going shard would get their staff members moving accesslevels around.

Right now it looks as follows:
Player -> 0
Counselor -> 1
GameMaster -> 2
Seer -> 3
Administrator -> 4

Changing any would change they accesslevel of already working player. Exemple, by adding a CustomAccess in between Player and Counselor, you would get Counselor and upward moving one place down in hierarchy, thus an Administrator would become a Seer and a Seer a GameMaster.
