Pretty much as it says. Again, works on D-Click, but gives -1 to HP & Mana regen. It is tested and 100% Error & Warning free. Feel free to comment.

Thanks a bunch. I have two others out now, Gods Gifted Plate & the Spell Bounder Shield. I started a few others, but have not finished them yet. I figured I owuld make a few things instead of drop each one in seperatly. Just trying to get some more ideas on spell casting items before I move onto the next project.
