Command: Deleting a character

Summary:
People have been complaining about not being able to delete single characters on an account. Here's a command to do that. (If the player is not logged in, you may have to bring the character you wish to delete to you using the [admin gump before issuing this command).

Installation:
Just save this file anywhere in your scripts directory and reload RunUO.

Usage:
Type "[deletecharacter" without the quotes. You must be an administrator to use this (by default). Target the character you wish to delete. Press "OKAY".

great job.....but if the players are complaining couldn't you just set the character deletion bit to false in the distro scripts (can't recal where though) and it won't even check for a number of days the character has to be running

I dont think this was coded for the players. In order for staff to delete characters, they have to go through the accounts.xml or delete the whole account. With Aenima's command, you can now delete a character without all that other trouble.

Actually, without using this script, you'd have to set player false, empty the bankboxes, remove the houses, find/kill the pets, etc etc etc. You never had to go through the accounts file.

This just simplifies it.
