Bow of the Seasons
This bow goes great with a quest say you have the Fire, Ice, Poision ect... bows you could have the player get all the mini bows and turn in and they would get the "master bow". This bow isnt for crazy tweaked shards. I admit that is a little over done but its spose to be hard to get :}

I think you forgot a few things such as MinHits MaxHits and Layer. Also you need to clean up all the commented lines.
