This won't be released until the new expansion I thought? If its not.. then that makes sense why you haven't seen anyone with it.

You havent seen one on osi because it was a one per shard item when blackthorn died it was on him and only one person got it and there is no rarity on it cuz its not a normal artifact.

Didnt know this artifact had been on Beta 35, I never messed or added them to my test shard, so I didnt know.

Btw, I updated the script because of a very simple and minor glitch, see main post on this thread.
