GlacialCrossbow
I've seen a couple cool bows around that shoot fire balls but I've yet to see one that shoots snowballs. This may be a little powerful for some shards so I gave it IceBolts for ammo. I spawn the bolts as rares as well, so everyone on the shard isn't running around with an over uber crossbow. Just throw it in your custom folder and lock and load.
