Head of Vecna - RunUO

You may remember the story of the head of Vecna - well, I thought it would be good for a laugh to occasionally spawn one. (I know it isn't that difficult of a script, but I'm posting it for the humor value.)

It sure looks overpowered, but try equipping it.

(note: you may want to tweak the bonuses to make it fit in better with your shard. If you spawn a lot of artifacts, you'll probably want to make it spawn less frequently. You can do whatever you want with this script, I don't really care.)
