OnBeforeTame and OnBeforeReTame - RunUO

I just had this idea couple of days ago and I was amased to see how easy I added it (with the help of ArteGordon of course).

It might be usable to others to have a section that let the scripters do a specific action on monster before it's tames the creature for the first time (OnBeforeTame) and the rest of the time (OnBeforeReTame).

Stuff like adding a loot to the monster on first tame.
Reducing skills on retame...
The potential is huge
