GM/Seer warp

an idea i have would be allowing a gm, or seer to [posess or body jump to npc's or monster temp, and to get back [return t send body, or it also sends you back to your body if the npc/mosnter dies, or you log out

untuse how to even go about adding something like this, i will be willing to try, had i more c# knowledge :/
