Default Region Spawner

I think RunUO could really use a Region Spawner system.

This would allow most of the spawn to be done by the region spawner drastically cutting down on the need for spawn runes, though they will still be needed to enable more control over certain spawn locations and types etc (ie in a graveyard the skeletons can spawn anywhere but if you only want a liche inside a structure then you would use a rune to spawn the lich seperate to the region spawner).

This would allow RunUO to have a world mostly setup with spawns etc already to OSI standard and easy to customise. (will also end the I want a world file cuse im too lazy to make it posts (I still much prefer custom shards to unzip and play myself)).

Would need to have the config info in a xml or text file (xml being the better choice IMHO). Although its possible to use a gump but that would be more troublesome and prone to bugs, will also need to support spawning into regions defined in Regions.xml of course.

What do you guys think about the idea?

haha, i tried that one, i coudlnt get it to work :/ so i jsut rely on spawners pluse ive read that regionspawner has problems with spawning within towns :/

Bug and crash free proper region spawner not one that is limited to the default map or the areas defined within the script.
