Razor- Unhandled Expection

When I want to start Razor, open a window with this text:

System.ArgumentException: The output char buffer is too small to contain the decoded characters, encoding 'Unicode (UTF-8)' fallback 'System.Text.DecoderReplacementFallback'.

For one thing... How did you post in the archive? and for another, you should probably post in the Razor support forum for help.
