Sallos Updates - RunUO

We've implemented the following updates into Sallos:

Accounts now offer the selection of male or female gender. This will affect available gunbound avatars.
Added preliminary user tooltip system.

It still crashes for me saying it can't do zlib decompression.... I have tried the default one, the one Mark compiled, the one from the website. Meh I dunno what to do.
