I am running vista and my sallos was laggy and crashed all the time.
I found a way to fix that.
Go to your sallos folder, right click the sallos application and properties.
Then Choose copmatibility, Check the box, that says "Run this program in compatiblity mode for" and then choose Windows XP (Service Pack 2).

cool dude thanks going to try that i was having the same problem so i stopped using it
