"Unable to establish" on one computer - RunUO

I have two computers behind the same firewall, and one can connect to sallos but the other can't. Any thoughts?

THIS IS HOW I FIXED IT:
Make sure sallos is closed.

1)open regedit
2)Go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software
3)Right click on Sallos and choose 'Delete'
4)Rerun sallos

Aw didn't work for me...

but the client can't connect on any of my computers, not even at my gf's place
