Felucia Mountain Ore Spawner / Code

I am wondering if anyone has the Felucia file locations used for spawning minable ore.

It is common information if someone has fat fingered it before. I am not asking for any script or code to make something work. I know i need to put the tile locations in the mine.cs and i can manually do the tile gathering. But if someone has already done it i cant see how it would hurt to ask for the static locations of the mountains.

Take a look at mine.cs.
It contain the list of tiles that you can mine ores from.
All you need to do is go to felucia and get the tiles used there into the mine.cs script.
It isn't a "spawn" so you won't find any "spawners" for that.

Not that i cant map it out but why invent the wheel if someone has it already.

Daat, are you referring to a file in your OWLTR code? I can find no "Mine.cs" file anywhere in the core or base scripts.

There is not a spawn script for the mines!!!

I never even heared about this untill this thread.

My own experience with respect is that generally the best way to get it is to initiate it from your own side. For example, at work I refer to everyone formally. You know, "mister" and "mz". You'd be surprised at how many people actually like this, in contrast to the years of informality that we're otherwise now accostomed to. And I get it right back.

I don't really understand what's in it for you, taking on the duties of an acting moderator. Not only is this actually against the rules that you care about so much, I don't actually think it's contributing positively to the community respect that you say you want, either.

There's many ways to interpret Burento's request for help:

1. Perhaps Burento needs a better explanation for how the system works.
2. Perhaps he needs a possible redirection to a custom script that may do what he's looking for.
3. Perhaps various scripters could take it as a suggestion that someone begin thinking about a system that could do what he asked.
4. ...

None of these require that anyone actually do what he asked, it's not like there's any skin off your back. Or mine. Or anyone else here.

Meanwhile, what I'm thinking is that for a brief moment in time, Burento was made to feel bad. Why do we want people to feel bad, coming to Run UO?

You're entitled to your own way of life and I respect that, just don't expect me to change my way of life because yours is different.

Every single post that I made that told someone that he broke the rules had some information for him on what he needs to do in order to get what he needs.
That made the post helpfull so don't bother quoting the "all posts need to be helpfull" rule because it doesn't apply in this case.

It would've applied if I was simply saying something like:
"You broke the rules, get out of here bla bla bla."
Which I didn't.

uh, no they are not the same. Read it again. The difference is the NEW rules say

Like Courageous said, the rules were already changed and you are looking at the change right there

If the answer is yes than I'm sorry to tell you but I never want to be like you.

I was a police officer and people that think like you make crime a lot easier than it should be...

Seriously.. How is possibly disrespective to ask someone to help you get started.. You told me that the mine.cs had to be manually inserted with tile locations. However there are hundreds of shards existing that use the same fel map we all do. TO request that we fat finger code just for the sake of making people do it is a bit harsh. I didnt say "screw you" or ask anyone to write my code for me.

I asked if someone had already done this before and would be willing to share.

I mean dont get me wrong but this is all made off a Game that non of you invented right?

I in no way intended to be disrespectful. But give me a break.. If me asking someone to help me by providing already mapped tile locations is offensive to you....

I read through the rules.. I was initially asking for a spawner which is against the rules..

I figured this was not something custom and thus something that must be available without me knowing it. I read through all the posts and searched the site and found no mention of it. I assumed this had to be because it was somewhere as a basic download for everyone and i missed it.

So i was asking for someone to point me in the right direction. A link or something.

When he replied the mine.cs had to be manually plotted i simply asked for mine locations if anyone had them already written.

As this individual pointed out there is no spawner or script to do this.

So in asking for mine locations i broke no rule on this forum.

So again i ask the community if anyone has the tile locations and doesnt mine sharing this non script and non spawner information..

Like I already said.
You are not allowed to ask for scripts to be posted or links or anything similar.
We're here to help you script and not to help you get scripts.
If you decide that you want to script it than I already provided you with all the information you need to get started.
Once you get started feel free to post here for some script support.

Just stop asking for people to post or link you to stuff...

By breaking the rules repeatedly you show disrespect to the community.
I never asked for you respect nor do I care if you respect me or not, I'll help you in any case just like I try to help everybody else here.
I won't help you break the rules tho and I will tell you when I think you break them as another member of the community that care enough to say something, not as a mod.
