Default Making weapon specials in pre-AoS

I found a nice way to pull post-AoS weapon special abilities into a pre-AoS server here: WeaponAbilityInitializer - Enable AoS Combat Abilities on Pre-AoS Shards

However, that script is for RunUO 1.0 and it generates about 28 errors. I've searched and searched, but can't find anything like this for RunUO 2.0. Has anyone done it, or has anyone updated this script for 2.0?

I haven't been around for a long, long while. Nice to see someone actually needed my script, haha.

I'll mess around with it when I get the time, and see if I can fix it for you to work with 2.0.
