Turning off/doing away with Powerscrolls - RunUO

How would i go about turning off powerscrolls so that my players can gain skill up to 120.00 without having to use them?

look in the testcenter of charactercreation for how it sets all skill caps to 120 (it is a loop through all the skills) and copy it to the section just before they are moved into the world

you then need to remove them from dropping on the champs

you also need to modify the skills scipts so they all can go to 120 in training (and also a couple in base weapon and other ones that are "passively gained"
and i believe the tinker tool needs some stuff added to make to get that high also
