Command to show individual skill cap - RunUO

Is there a command which will show a player's skill cap for an individual skill? A player claims to have eaten a 120 Powerscroll but is not getting gains above 100. I would like to check the cap for this individual skill, but all it shows me in props is what the skill is currently at (100.0). I know Razor will show you your individual caps, but is there a way for the admin to see them for players?
