Generic Commands - RunUO

Currently generic commands (i.e. conditional compilers, extensions, etc) crash mono hard. I think it may have something to do with Extensions inheriting a generic list.

Have any of you experimented with this?

I tried rewriting Extensions to avoid inheriting a generic list with no success. You can see my changes (which were later reverted) by checking out revision 253.
