Created and house Doors not working - RunUO

Anyone else has a problem with this

my setup mono 1.2.6 latest svn 3.* AOS disabled

basicly wen i make a door with pandora for lets say a bank the acceslevel to that door is set to annyone or i place a house with a deed or tool the doors give the next mesage " youre are not allowed to acces this"

or anyone knwo how to track down this bug ?
