Beta 30 Fatal Exception for ALL Mobiles - RunUO

I am having trouble upgrading from beta 29 to 30. I have very few custom scripts about 15 or so and most are items. When we copied over the Save folder to beta 30 and loaded the world and Every mobile has to be deleted, the monsters, animals, NPC's, playermobiles and a fatal exception is thrown and ruo has to be restarted.

There is 319 Mobiles on our shard and we had to delete all of them for the world to load.

Anyone else having this problem???
