Lost connection...constantly - RunUO

ok im baffeled I have runuo up working, i play...alone for 10 minutes i get disconnected and cant log back in.
Theres no errors in the console only my series of connect attempts with subsiquent disconnects.
Shutting down and restarting the server fixes the problem...but for only about 10 minutes.
I guess what I have is a question I noticed your not suppose to use uorice...why is this? as I have always used it to get into runuo (or any other emulators shard), could this be causing my problem?
Btw im using b31 on a static broadband dsl connection (so no router or hub or changing ip) with WindozeME. With very little scripts changed.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Did you edit your ServerList.cs by chance?

UO Rice doesn't always work, your free to use it but we can't help you with it since most of the users here use UOG since it requires no modifications to any of the client's files.

Also I assume you have a patched client?

Yes fully patched
and I edited serverlist.cs only by adding the static ip in the string adress instead of null (and this was only after noticing the problem thought it might fix it)

Well you don't need to edit the ServerList/cs if you don't have a router.

Yes I know I tried after not bein able to stay connected...
Dont matter though I uninstalled everything and reinstalled b32 and I guess imma use that with little to no modifications..
